Highlights: A manufacturing supply chain dealing with decaying inventory is studied three production sub-cycles. Price-based demand, the Weibull degradation rate and carbon tax policy are taken into account. Price, emission factor, cycle length period decision variables to increase profit. Goal: The research work aims maximize profit for a deteriorating inventories. To profit, optimum value of length, total price, factor were studied.

A multi-product green supply chain under government supervision with price and demand uncertainty
In this paper, a bi-level game-theoretic model is proposed to investigate the effects of governmental financial intervention on green supply chain. This problem is formulated as a bi-level program for a green supply chain that produces various products with different environmental pollution levels. The problem is also regard uncertainties in market demand and sale price of raw materials and pro...
Supplier Selection in Three Echelon Supply Chain & Vendor Managed Inventory Model Under Price Dependent Demand Condition
This paper, considers the supplier selection in three echelon supply chain with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) strategy under price dependent demand condition. As there is a lack of study on the supplier selection in VMI literature, this paper presents a VMI model in supply chain including multi supplier, one distributer and multi retailer that distributer selects suppliers. Two class models (t...
Optimization of Supply Chain Systems with Price Elasticity of Demand
A centralized multi-echelon, multi-product supply chain network is presented in a multi-period setting with products that show varying demand against price. An important consideration in such complex supply chains is to maintain system performance at high levels for varying demands that may be sensitive to product price. In order to examine the price-centric behavior of the customers, the conce...
Coordination and profit sharing in a two-level supply chain under periodic review inventory policy with delay in payments contract
In this paper,a coordination model has been investigated for a two-level supply chain (SC) consisting of one retailer and one supplier under periodic review inventory system. The review period and the retailer’s safety factorare assumed to be decision variables. The retailer faces stochastic demand following a normal distribution with known mean and variance. Moreover, it is assumed that unmet ...
